#158: I can do this!

Today I woke up with renewed faith in my ability to stick with this weight loss effort. I have been very discouraged lately, specifically the last week or so. But Monday, I got back on the wagon and started logging my food again (I did not log any food saturday or sunday).

The scale at one point over the weekend read 283 lbs!  But today I am back in down to 270, and I think this weekend I could see something around 268! 

OK… feet back on the ground… There is still a lot of work left to do…
