#161: New Resolve

Today I decided that I’m going to stop sabotaging my weight loss efforts.

I’ve been discouraged and just as in the past, I’ve let that send me hurling down the wrong path.

Last weekend I pretended that I don’t care about my health and I ate like I believed my own lie.

But today I am looking for strength. I want to be a runner. I want to be healthy. And I want to be thin!
