#162: Discouraged

Yesterday I ran Pat’s Run. Last weekend I ran 18 miles. This month I have run more than any other month this year so far and I still have two weeks left in the month.

I have logged my food this month too. I would say more constantly than ever before. Most days I’ve kept my calorie count under 2300 but never under 1700.

In every way I know how to measure this has ben a GREAT month, except… I have GAINED weight!

This is where my friends usually say something like, but you have most likely gained muscle. Thanks but that isn’t encouraging…

I’m discouraged and my eating habits this weekend show it…
