It has to happen – I just don’t know how to make the change from what I do now (nothing) to what I need to do – journal every bite. I’ve attempted photo food journaling before and would always end up forgetting to take pictures or once I did – not knowing exactly what to do with the pictures.
Regardless – over the last week I have gained 8 lbs. My lack of diet (focus on my diet) has been the cause. I’m not sure how I am going to motivate myself to get what I want out of me – but I need to figure it out fast or I’m going to be back in the 280s… argh!
