100 days before the marathon

Its April Fools day today and I have 100 days from now to train for the marathon.

Maybe I’m the fool here. I know that is how I felt after last weeks 1/2 marathon.

I’m working on my speed and my diet this month. If my math is close, I could weight as low as 250 when the marathon is here.

Well, I don’t want to get ahead of myself… For now lets focus on Pat’s Run…
