After yesterday’s food journal, I don’t know if I’ll lose a single pound, but I have a goal regardless. There are 9 weeks left until the Marathon, and I currently (well, last weekend) weigh 268 lbs. At two pounds a week, I could weigh 250 lbs on race day!
I think that is an agressive goal. Maybe even too agressive, but I also think its obtainable. I guess we will see soon enough, right?
