SMART Goal: Lose 10lbs by the end of November

  1. Specific – Lose 10lbs in 5 weeks
  2. Measurable – I weigh 282 lbs today – before the end of November I want to weigh 272 lbs
  3. Aggressive – that’s 2 lbs a week – most diets recommend 1 to 2 a week
  4. Realistic – If I actually stick with a plan, yes – this can happen
  5. Timely – I must lose the weight by the end of November
