		<description>Most New Years Resolutions are abandoned by the third week of January -  which is why I planned my first goal to be accomplished by then.  What helped me to get the ball moving this year was the monthly focus - pick something this month you want to improve, something that you can measure, then create weekly tasks to accomplish it.

I want to lose 9lbs by the third week - my task this week is to run 10 miles (not all at once).  I&#039;ll drink more water next week! :)</description>

All I am resolving to do in 2009 is to TRY to be more healthy... beyond that I have my wants to do list: lose weight, get in shape, control my blood sugar, get my cholesterol to be better. Plus all that normal Jan 1st things people promise themselves. I agree that same goals will help the most so that&#039;s what I want to do.

		<description>Sweet.  This is right in keeping with my eHow article I wrote the other day about Ironclad Resolutions :)  

I&#039;m spending this evening making my list....in a NONFAIL fashion, so I won&#039;t just forget about it on the 2nd!  

I know it&#039;s cliche...ha...but drinking the water WILL help you with your 3lb-week goal!  Drink at least 3 liters of water per day, and it WILL help fill you up, and flush out gnarly toxins.  If you hate plain water, try freezing it for a bit, so it turns into ice chippies!  That&#039;s my favorite way!  

I&#039;m sending good thoughts!  Look forward to watching you meet all your milestones, now and throughout the year!</description>
