Its my last few hours as a 33 year old. I think I’m a bit too old to still be counting birthdays however I can’t help myself. I haven’t been able to lose the weight I wanted to lose – in fact, despite getting down to 263 lbs – I’m currently at about 290 lbs.
Lets look at what I did accomplish – I was able to finish my degree. I was able to run a marathon. I was able to move back into home ownership (although I JUST got that one done a few days ago.)
What goals do I have for the next year? Start a masters program; get down below 250 lbs and stay there; pay off all debt other than student loans and my new house; have 3 months income in savings for emergencies.
I’d like to have baby number 4 here or on the way by 35. Whoa! I just said 35… I don’t think I’ve ever felt like 40 was coming until JUST NOW! Anyway, this is a weight loss blog so I’m most likely going to focus (here at least) on the 40 lbs I need to lose…
