#133: 43 pounds down!

Look at that – 43 lbs lost. Now don’t forget this number is from the 308 that I weighed when I started IQA almost 3 years ago now. My heaviest was 327lbs, which puts today’s weight at 62 lbs down. Regardless I’m making progress! My current short term goal is 250 lbs by the Marathon in 8 weeks…
