Back in the Gym…

Its over 100 degrees everyday outside and my biggest fear after finishing the marathon was that I would quit running. So today I renewed my gym membership to 24 hour fitness. It was $300 for two years (works out to $11.50 a month). I went today and I hope to continue to go 4-5 days a week at least until I turn 34 in 68 days.

I’m looking for a good way to track workouts in the gym. I used my heart rate monitor today to determine that I burned over 500 calories – which is cool – but doesn’t give me the progress report I need regarding how much weight I’m lifting, number of sets, reps, etc. I might actually have to go old school on this one and use a pad of paper and a pen… LOL, not a chance…
