Biggest Loser Blog Edition: My WI

Sorry for the post being so short guys, but I’m out of town.  I didn’t want to leave anyone hanging for too long regarding my BLBE WI (Weight In).  I took my Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit with me on the trip and plugged it into hotel TVs along the way for the read trip – which became a great motivator to stay ON the diet while driving 2000 miles.  My WI day is Saturday, and I was worried that I would put on weight due to the trip.  I actually did very well – I lost 2 lbs since the inital checkin almost two weeks ago.

I’m not on track for my 3 lbs a week goal but considering that I had a huge 6 1/2 lb GAIN last weekend (Read about that here)- this WI was one for the win column.  To be honest, 3lbs a week is a very agressive goal – and if I only lose one a week, I’ll still be 52lbs lighter at the end of the year than I started – AND THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!

    1. Yeah – 3lbs is a bit much – but I was really hoping I would at least see those kinds of loses for the first 50lbs… 😀

      1lb a week is nothing to be disappointed in, regardless…

    1. Thanks for the words of encouragement – its easy to make excuses to make unhealthy food choices and miss workouts, but I’m trying to keep myself accountable…
