288lbs – THE SAME AS LAST WEEK!
I’m glad there wasn’t a gain, I would have rather had a loss of course… I’m still very excited about breaking 285lbs, and I feel like this will be the week. I’m reminded everyday of the 285lbs number; I have post-its at my desk, my mirror in the bathroom, my laptop wallpaper, and anywhere I can put it. I burned over 5,000 calories two days in a row (both Saturday and Sunday) and my goal is to break 4k each day this week. I have been wearing the bodybugg arm band for a full week and I know that I currently burn about 3,500 calories a day, so 4k cals a day is a stretch goal for me (and in line with my “A Month to LIVE” challenge)!
