Drum Roll Please… After a long week of temptations with both successes and failures, my weigh in this morning was…

288lbs – THE SAME AS LAST WEEK!

I’m glad there wasn’t a gain, I would have rather had a loss of course… I’m still very excited about breaking 285lbs, and I feel like this will be the week.  I’m reminded everyday of the 285lbs number; I have post-its at my desk, my mirror in the bathroom, my laptop wallpaper, and anywhere I can put it.  I burned over 5,000 calories two days in a row (both Saturday and Sunday) and my goal is to break 4k each day this week.  I have been wearing the bodybugg arm band for a full week and I know that I currently burn about 3,500 calories a day, so 4k cals a day is a stretch goal for me (and in line with my “A Month to LIVE” challenge)!

Sorry I wasn’t able to post a loss for Team Lean and the Biggest Loser Blog Edition Weight Loss Challenge – I promise I’m not working as a double agent for the A-Team (Team Angie) – I will push on and I will lose weight!

  1. Don’t get discouraged and don’t get angry or down on yourself. It is counterproductive. You are worth the effort it takes to become a healthy you. You are correct to refer to the brownies as junk. That is exactly what they are and your body is do precioust to put junk in. You will do this because you want to. Have a great week.
