Cheat Day – a really bad idea

I don’t care that there are a lot of people that believe in cheat days when it comes to diets; they are a terrible idea for a food addict. It would be like saying, I know you are a recovering alcoholic so lets give you a bar night once a week!

Its stupid but I talked myself into it and today I ate almost 5000 calories. No way that doesn’t set me back on the night before I travel. I have to find a way to workout while I’m on the road AND eat healthy.

It was already going to be a tough week but after today, its like starting from scratch. I’m not discouraged. I just know that I have a long road ahead of me…
