Two days in a row under the 300lb mark!  Today I weighed 298.1 – that’s right, I lose another pound.  No workout today.

Breakfast: Bar: about 110 cals
Lunch: grilled chicken wrap: 382 cals / 10.6g fat / 27g protein / 44g carbs
Snack: Danish:    110 cals / 4g fat / 6g protein / 12g carbs
fruit treat: 35 cals
Evening Snack:     4 egg whites, 6 tbsp salsa: 70 cals
apple
5 strawberries
Dinner:    Bali Chicken: 385 cals / 6g fat / 39g protein / 45g carbs
