Time to un-Quit?

I just registered for the PF Chang Rock-n-Roll Marathon in Jan. The count down timer is in the sidebar of the site. As of this post I have 12 week, 6 days, 22 hours, 13 mins, and a few seconds.

As I write this post, I’m dressed for my first training run. I have 13 weeks. I know I’m getting started late but I hope that adding diet this time will help. When I completed the marathon over two years ago, I was 285lbs. Today I weight 285lbs. Last year, following the Eat to Live program, I was able to get down to 249lbs before I quit (again) and put the weight back on.

This is not another false start. I have my support system in place; I have incentives in place (both positive and negative); I have the motivation.
