Week One Down

I finished the first week. I logged my food everyday. I ran six of the last seven days. I lost 10lbs.

The first couple of weeks of a new program are always the best results. If I had to guess, next week I will lost another 2 or 3 lbs. I would say five pounds, but I’m traveling and its difficult to exercise and follow a diet while you are on the road.

Anyway – this is another boring post meant to document stuff that nobody cares about but me.
