Traveling is hard, as is sitting on one&#039;s butt in a car. It doesn&#039;t usually give good results, at least as far as I&#039;ve found. Just be sure to drink plenty of water, since that will help with the sodium-laden foods. You can do this. :o )  It&#039;s a marathon, not a sprint.</description>
