You can run around the world twice and still gain weight!

I ran 20 miles Saturday. Twenty miles! Right after the run I weighed in at an all time low of 262lbs. I over celebrated that run and put on 13 pounds! That’s right, this morning I weighed 275 pounds!

I know, I know, both the after run and post binge weigh ins are invalid, but in my experience, a post binge weigh in turns out to be much closer to the truth than the post run weigh in…

This week my goal is to maintain a strict 1600 calorie intake despite my exercise calorie allowance. That may not be easy, but I don’t think anyone is going to argue that 1600 calories are too few and one of my new favorite quotes goes like this: I don’t need easy, just possible!
